We employ the following professions.

• In the restaurant we employ waiters, trainee waiters and unskilled staff with a good eye for service.
• For servicing to a la carte guests, parties and conference guests.
• In the kitchen we employ dishwashers, trained chefs, trainee chefs, cold kitchen trainees and pastry chefs.
• To work in our kitchen you must have an interest in both gourmet a la carte food and the sublime everyday-food in large portions.
• In the café we employ baristas and café staff. Here coffee and a fast pace is central.
• In the canteens we employ canteen assistants and "dinner ladies".
• Canteen work involves some degree of food production and till-work.
