Line Lave Nielsen, Sales Manager
Line has been at søren k almost from when the Black Diamond opened in 1999. She is our Sales Manager, and responsible for all initial sales - whether it be over the phone, at sales meetings or at outreach level.
Bettina Bresemann, Finace Manager
Bettina is our financial backbone. She has worked at søren k since 2007 and takes care of everything to do with accounting - from book-keeping and wage payments to creditors.
Louise Birkehøj Andersen, Sales Assistent
Louise is our Sales Assistant and has been working at søren k since May 2011. Louise started as a waitress in our restaurant; she is educated from Munkebjerg Hotel & Casino in Vejle. Later on she has been working at some of the best Michelin star restaurants in Copenhagen and she also has experience from abroad, here among Les Wieux Murs in France. Furthermore Louise has been working as Booking Manager at Restaurant Geranium. She is now a part of the administrative team at søren k; usually she is the one you speak with on the phone and receive e-mails from. Besides that she gives you advice about combining food and wine, and will be the one who concludes your sale.
Zenia Brændeholm, Restaurant Manager
Zenia is our Restaurant Manager. She began her apprenticeship at restaurant Kommandanten and completed it at Ensemble. Afterwards she worked for several years at Søllerød kro until she came to søren k in 2008. With her solid professional background in some of the regions best restaurants and several years with us, she knows the house, the restaurant and the versatility of our services very well. Zenia has an excellent overview and is very apt at keeping cool when there is smoke in the kitchen and the restaurant is buzzing.
Janne Lamhauge, Café Manager
Janne is our rock as manager for the canteens and the espressobar øieblikket. She has been in charge of all these activites since 2006, and is responsible for product line as well as staff. For futher details please go to espressobar øieblikkets own website.
Jens Heding, General Manager
Jens is the owner and founder of the business. He has occupied almost every position. Today he focuses on projects, IT and optimizing the prooduct line.
