Terms of booking
Private function menu and wines
Our set private function menu makes it easy for clients to choose and order well in advance.
For parties of more than 10 people we would like a menu order in advance. That way we can make sure you get the best possible service, on the level for which we are well-known. Our set menu makes it easy to choose and order well in advance, and as several of the menu items demand a good deal of preparation, we need the order at least 2 days before your party.
It is important for us to have an identical menu for the entire party. Upon request in advance, we will of course change certain elements due to religious or allergic reasons,
In the following material we will recommend a suited wine for each dish, but other wines are of course available at a good price.
When booking please inform us about which aperitif you would like, and whether you would like coffee, petit fours and spirits after dinner.

A minimum of 25 people is required, but please contact us about receptions for smaller groups.
Catering for meetings and conferences
Restaurant søren k caters for your meetings, courses or conferences!
We are able to provide smaller og larger servings in all of the conference rooms in the Diamond. We have put together a number of set packages, but are happy to create a tailor-made package to suit your particular needs. If possible we prefer booking and orders 2 weeks in advance, and for functions for more than 100 people we would prefer 4 weeks advance notice.
We recommend that you contact the booking office of the Royal Library regarding booking of conference rooms, and then contact our sales office for inquiry regarding catering. Terms of booking
Prices
All prices include VAT and service. We reserve rights to changes and price adjustments.
Billing
It is possible to arrange for the bill to be sent to you, but please remember responsible arranger's signature on the receipt. Payment is due within 8 days.
Credit cards
All major credit cards are accepted. Please note that payment with both Danish and foreign credit cards are subject to an added fee.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation later than 4 weeks before the date of the event is not possible, and is subject to payment of up to 100 % of the amount. This includes both food and beverages, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Additions to your food and beverage order can be made up to 8 days before the event, unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellation of larger parts of the menu or beverages can be made no later than 4 weeks before the event, smaller changes can be made up to 8 days before the event.
No show
By no show payment will 100 % of the amount.
Final number of participants
The final number of participants is needed 8 days before the event, and cannot be reduced to less than 50 % of the original number.
Less than 8 days before the event no more changes in numbers can be made and payment will be claimed for the number ordered for by that date. This includes food as well as beverages.
If you are unable to meet these terms, please contact us in advance for other possible arrangements.

We often cater for receptions from 25-400 guests in The Black Diamond. The large Atrium is very well suited for these types of events, but the restaurant has a more intimate feel if you are hosting a smaller reception for up to 150 guests. We have put together a couple of reception menus for different occasions - we hope you like them!
