In coorporation with Phillipson wine we are having a wine makers dinner March 29th 19.00 o'clock in our restaurant søren k with wines from the house Cantena.

The menu is composed based on the wines, and will naturally reflect our kitchen, where seasonal ingredients will be included, with emphasis on local producers, organics and free range ingredients and naturally the "good taste". 

Nicolas Catena assumed leadership of the family's vineyard in Mendoza in 1963. Inspired by California's famous red wines were Nicolas Catena convinced that the potential to do something similar in Mendoza were possible....
